Fill the form
When you fill your mobile number, please select the country which you are in or your mobile number registered with. If the country code is wrong against your mobile number then you will not get the OTP delivered to your mobile.
You need to Choose your Account Package by clicking in the field. Please find the different subscription packages on our ‘Sell with Us’ page.
And please click on ‘I am a Seller’ and then fill the relevant information. And click REGISTER
When you Click REGISTER , you will be taken to the payment page. You will be charged Depending on your subscription package, if you have chosen Free membership then please fill in the billing address and click Place order.
Your Seller Account is created.
It is very important that every signed-up seller must set up their default currency.
As of now Ahkri supports Australian Dollar (AUD), Indian Rupees (INR ₹), Euro (€), US Dollar (USD$), Canadian Dollar (CAD$), Thailand Baht (THB฿, Indonesian Rupee (IDR Rp), Bangladesh Taka (BDT৳), Chinese Yuan (CNY¥), United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and United Kingdom Pound Sterling (£).
If you don’t find your currency in the current listing then you must set your currency as US Dollar (USD)

Setting Your Default Currency
After logging in please go to vendor’s dash board and click “SCD Currency”
Select your local currency from the list given, If you don’t find your Country Currency, please select USD (Us Dollar)
Make sure it is selected “Your default currency only”
Click on “Save Changes”
Now you can start adding Products.
Follow the step-by-step guide
Click on the “Product” Tab
It will Show you how many products that you can upload as per your subscription package.
Click on “Add New Product”
Click on “Upload Product Image”
Click on Select Files
You can select files from your saved folder. Select multiple files at the same time. Ahkri recommended picture size 2000 x2000px (not more than 1mb)
You can see those selected pictures are getting uploaded to your Media Gallery
Select your Feature product Image (This will be your displayed product image in the website), then click on “Set Featured Image”
In this page you can add deails of the product like, Name, Price, sale price, short description etc. and Click on the + sign if you want to add more related pictures for the same product.
If you think the information given for the particular product is good to publish then you can click “Create & Add new”
Click on “Create Product” If you still wanted to add few more information about your product like Adding Variations like, Colour, Size and you want to set variation prices.
Select the Product type to “Variable”
Select your attribute type and click “Add Attribute”
Please “check” both the options under your variations. Now you have to select your attributes for the variation for eg:” Small”, “Medium”, “Large” of “Red”, “Blue”, “Green”.
Once you have selected the values then please click “Save Attributes”
Now select “Create Variations from all attributes” and click “GO”
Now click on the variation(s) you have added, which will expand and give you options to add your choice which include variation price and sale price.
Complete the pricing
Click on Save Product.
Ahkri sellers may opt-in to Ahkri subscription packages offering an expanded set of tools for growing brands.
The fee for different subscriptions is as follows:
Free Membership for one year (Up to a maximum of 25 product Listings)
Silver Membership £4.99 per year (Up to a maximum of 150 product Listings)
Gold Membership £9.99 per year (Unlimited product Listings)
Platinum Membership £29.99/ Life time (Unlimited product Listings)
Ahkri’s Non-refundable subscription fees are paid at the time of creating your seller account. Where applicable, Ahkri will charge sales tax on your monthly subscription fee at a specific location.
Ahkri is currently offering free membership for sellers along with paid membership options. We don’t charge you for listing, monthly fees.
Ahkri charges 20% of the final sale amount of each product only once its sold. Ahkri would like to call it as ‘commission’.
It is mandatory to have a shipping method added to your store before uploading any products. If you don’t then customers will NOT be able to buy your products from anywhere.
Understanding the Terms
This is most likely a country or part of a country, under this section you can find various zones options provided by Ahkri.
Key Notes: For India, You may choose Whole India as the zone or you are allowed to choose your zones by ‘states’
Locations not covered by your other zones: This means you can set a shipping method anywhere other than any selected shipping zone.
For example if you want to set a free shipping for whole India and anywhere outside India you want to charge a flat rate shipping fee, then you can choose Locations not covered by your other zones.
This section shows the regions covered by your ZONE.
Under this you find different methods of available shipping, for example: Free Shipping, Flat Rate, Local Pick-up etc
How to set-up your Store’s shipping method.
Step by Step Guideline
After you sign in to your seller account, clicking on Sellers Dash board you may see the above page, Click on Settings.
Then Click on ‘Shipping’
You are now on the page where you can see the Zone Name, Region and Shipping Method. Here in this demo the seller have decided their Zone as United Kingdom and they wanted to ‘Add Shipping Method’ for the same. Click on Shipping Method Now.
Now you will be able to add your Shipping method to your selected shipping Zone. You could further limit your zone by adding ‘post code’, or you can opt this out by turning off ‘Limit your zone location’ .
Now Click on Add shipping Method
Here you need to Select your desired shipping method. For Example: Flat Rate / Free Shipping/ Local Pick-up.
Once Selected your option click ‘Add shipping Method’
It will show under ‘Method Title’ , here you need to click ‘edit’
In this page you are allowed to change the shipping title and Cost. Please note any digits you add here is counted as US Dollars($). So please convert your local currency shipping rate to USD before adding the amount.
Then Click save Settings.
Now you could see you have a shipping method added to your selected Zone.
You can repeat this process to add as many as shipping methods to available shipping zones. But if you want to keep all other zones under a single shipping method then you need to click ‘Add shipping method’ for ZONE NAME ‘Locations not covered by your other zones’ .
The above image shows two shipping methods,
For United Kingdom the seller has opted for ‘Free Shipping’ and for Locations not covered by other zones, the seller opted a Flat rate. In this scenario, a customer buying the product from UK will be offered free shipping and customers buying it from anywhere other than the UK will be charged a flat rate set by the seller. Sellers are allowed to sell their products internationally
Ahkri provides a direct connection between buyers and sellers around the world. If you sell an item to another country or if you enter into a transaction with someone across international borders, you are responsible for complying with laws and regulations of the country of destination as well as your local laws.
Ahkri recommend the shipping/ or postage should be able to track till the end delivery process.

It is a mandatory requirement to have set your store’s Return and refund policy. You could write your own or use the given example (please amend as per your requirement)
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or fresh flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Funds will be available in your Ahkri account after 7 working days from the time of sale. You can request/ withdraw any amount from your available balance. A minimum amount of $30 (USD) should be maintained in your Ahkri account before you can withdraw or request any funds.
It is important that you link a pay pal account or your Bank account with Ahkri in order to get paid.
After logging into your account, click on Setting
Then click on Payment
Please choose your Payment method (Paypal or Bank account) and fill in the details.
To withdraw any funds click on Withdraw and enter the required amount then choose your payment Method and submit
You will get a notification as shown above. Your request will update normally within 24 hours.
Processing of payment can take 7-10 working days.
